Assignment #3, Momeni

 


A group of boys skate together at the Sunnyside Skate Park in College Park on a cloudy Thursday afternoon. (Overall)


The skaters do a good job to not run into each other while they skate. They silently agree to take turns  trying tricks in certain areas. (Overall)


Half of the group gets ready to leave after many failed attempts to land jumps. (Medium)


One skater finally lands a jump over the cone for the first time as his friend films the successful attempt. All of the boys celebrate and congratulate the skater after he lands. (Medium)


Similar to skate parks everywhere, skaters leave stickers on benches and ramps. The stickers give the concrete park more personality and life. (Detail)

Assignment #3: Stamp, Longest

Assignment #3 Akerman

 

Overall of the "parrilla" in my backyard. The parrilla is the Argentina's version of a grill.

A different type of overall of the parrilla in the backyard.

Medium of the lighter fluid that my family uses in order to start the fire for the "asado." Asado is our version of a barbecue.

Not sure if this could count as a detail, but it's sort of an overhead shot of all the ashes left over from previous asados. The angle is between the parrilla itself and the "canaleta" which is used to catch all of the grease the falls off the food.

Aug 25 Assignment, Outhier

 

A group of college students met for an indoor worship service at West End Church in Nashville, Tennessee (wide).

Students lead worship in Nashville, Tennessee at a recently acquired location of their Otter Creek Church in the West End neighborhood (medium).
