Assignment #2, Widodo

"I’m so glad that the adventure program has been open during the pandemic. It gives people a chance to be together while able to social distance, get exercise, and spend time outside." - Erin Hyman, Climbing Wall Supervisor

“Working during COVID at Ritchie has been challenging, but it makes me feel good that I’m creating a safe environment for everyone while they’re staying physically active during such a crisis” - Simran Bhattacharyya, Ritchie Coliseum Facilitator

"I shouldn't be doing this." - Tim Rivard, Climbing Wall Supervisor

"COVID has definitely increased my anxiety and stress levels. I feel constantly worried about getting sick and spreading the disease. Being surrounded by my friends makes it a little easier though. They keep me sane. Journalism is one of those fields that kind of requires you to be in person. How am I supposed to find a story if it's dangerous to my health to actually physically be there? I'm very appreciative that my professors are understanding of the current situation though and are doing their best to give us the greatest learning experience they can." - Gracie Tanner, Her Campus Correspondent

"COVID hasn't got me yet." - Nick Hernandez, Climbing Wall Facilitator

"The pandemic has definitely been a difficult time for all of us, but it’s all about how you handle the situation at hand. As far as Her Campus and journalism is concerned, we’ve been able to cope pretty well by finding new angles to cover and conducting interviews and meetings virtually. I’m still able to enjoy everything Her Campus has to offer, just in a different format." - Devon Milley, Her Campus Correspondent

"Wearing a mask is ruff" - Hibiki the Shiba Inu
