Vivian Maier Inspired Self Portraits (caveat: no mirrors)
A series of self portraits taken in reflective surfaces inspired by Vivian Maier, an American photographer known for her street photography and self portraits around the 1950s and 1960s. While I'm using a DSLR and not an SLR like the Rolleiflex camera Maier used, I tried to embody a modern day version of her pictures, even including a self portrait using shadows, like Maier. These photos were taken at the University of Maryland campus on April 4, 2021.
